The neighbor dropped off a "ready to roast" goose for us to try. Now what? Years ago we tried roasting one, like we normally roast a turkey or chicken, and didn't like the taste of it. We kinda figured that it might be because of it sitting in all the fat. Can a person deep fry them like a turkey? Any recipes, comments etc... would be extremely helpful. Thanks...
