Just recently came up on an acre patch that was once farmed and misused alot back in its day. The guy who owns it just uses it as a piddle patch. I got to talking to him about growing grapes and selling them to winery's. I have never attempted this before, but have always wanted to try it. I did a little research and they say that you need a slope on the field to allow good drainage. It has a good slope on 75% of it. But, where do u get grape plants at? What kinds work the best where? Fertility? Water use? Thanks in advance for any information. Im in north central oklahoma also. | |
