Subject: Shaft/spindle repair welding rods


south texas		What rods work best for building up a worn shaft or spindle to repair it on a lathe?

Getting better with my lathe but I tired building up a worn spot on a shaft and it warped it.

Next time I'm gonna weld in shorter periods and weld around the shaft instead of long ways.

Any other tips?
