NC Iowa | I have a customer that bought the new GS2 this year. We are now trying to export his yield data out of APEX and into SMS to do some spatial analysis. First of all, Apex runs VERY slow for any process, and this one was no exception. It took us 3/4 of the day to get all of the fields exported out in a .shp file. When it came time to bring them into another program, the files come in as spatial rectangles or polygons, not points, and the yield is way off. I called up stellar support and they said that is a known issue with exporting .shp files out of Apex. There is no ryme or pattern to the data, so I do not even know how to fix it by doing a math calculation. Has anybody else run into this, and is there anything that can be done? I am dreading telling the customers, since they did a great job collecting site verification data all year with an ipaq, and now we cannot do anyting until Apex is fixed.
