red river valley se of fargo | Hey all, fasting 2 meals/week now. Been easing into this program for just a hair over a month. Down 50+ lbs. My lbs/day loss average is steadily decreasing as expected. I'm about 99hrs into my longest fast yet. I'm planning on a 120hr fast so I can enjoy a few bloody ceasers with some friends after supper tomorrow evening. I had my last cigarette 5 days ago. Not smoking is exponentially harder than not eating FYI. I'm keeping 1 cigarette in a pack around just for torture factor. At this point I'm feeling like I've adopted a phrase I've heard in films about the military in the middle East, (embrace the suck)! Any naysayers on the fasting diet, feel free to chime in, I enjoy the debate. Thanks.
