Worth a look, and then decide how far you want to pursue it.

2 short videos. "Workout with Doug Reynolds" and "Workout with Pam Ramseyer". The second one shows an older woman going through the routine to make his point that anyone can do what he is teaching.

There is also one with Ivor Cummins, the "Fat Emperor", and a John Burns favorite on the playlist. IIRC the videos are only 15 minutes or so each.

I lost 40 pounds without exercise, but what this guy recommends fits my criteria of, 1. no cost. 2. Can't hurt to try. 3. Hardly any time commitment.

In an hour long technical video at lowcarbusa he says that his routine produces many of the effects of Keto "in spades" i.e. stimulating the release of growth hormone.

He was also low-carb before it was cool.

Again, short videos, worth a look. Especially if you don't want to kill yourself all day at the gym.
