Once again my inability to add links is a problem.

If you type in drbenbo.com on google you will be there. All the videos are in the "media" link.

He has been a fitness trainer for 40 or 50 years.

The first video on youtube is titled, "HIT for metabolic fitness on the road- fifteen minutes twice a week", and maybe you can follow links from there.

I his more technical presentations he says that you can loose weight any number of ways, Keto included, but if you do not address the fact that on any one of the weight loss options your body will drop metabolic rate and the weight loss is unsustainable.

That is why exercise, not just work or activity, is essential.

Have to go load cattle so I'm not sure when I will look in here next.
