Se wisc. | Nice planning. Just kinda wondering if that is similar to right of first refusal if siblings want to sell to each other or if no one wants to continue. Does the discounted price to other family members require minimum hold time or can they sell for full price the next day to non family once it is in their name. If capital gains are considered on cash out shares or God forbid long term care has look back on the sale. Buy sell agreements are important but rarely cover every contingency. | |
