| Thank you for sharing. Is there a plan layed out pertaining to how the farm will be ran? Oldest son with the most shares calls the shots? Other siblings silent partners? If a sibling wants to sell, can they choose which other sibling they sell to? If daughter sells to youngest son giving him the largest share, will oldest son hand over reins? Am I misunderstanding how this works? Only asking because I think I really like the way you have this planned out. | |
