western mn | I agree with Iowa83, I use glucosamine with chondrotin in it, turmeric capsules, and Heal and Soothe pills, the first two are cheap and the third is spendy, bout 60 a month, but one year ago I was told come in after harvest for hip surgery and I tried this regiment out first, after two weeks I could bend over and touch my toes without pain... I won't go without it now, but everybody's different. . Good luck | |
