Iowa 83 - 11/15/2018 18:44 Glucosamine and chondoitin, tart cherry extract are the supplements that I've had the best luck with. If I don't take supplements, my joints sound like grinding sand. A gluten free diet helps a lot also.
I have better luck with the brand-name Osteo Bi-Flex product than I do with the generic kind. I'm generally a big believer in generics, but this is one instance where they just don't work as well for me. FWIW.
