NW Iowa | Go ahead and see an orthopedist. Then you will know what you are up against. I have been fighting the left knee for five or six years. I have had the shots, I had it scoped, I take Ostio Biflex and CoQ10 (to try to negate the side effects of a statin) I’m gluten free and the knee is getting worse by the month. Now the left hip is tender. On the 28th of this month I have an appt with an orthopedist. I’m pretty sure he will tell me it’s worn out but maybe it’s something else. | |
