West of Broken Bow | There’s still some in TX. It used to make me sad seeing the old closed drive in Theaters ready to be torn down and the property developed for something else.
Think it was early 2000’s a new one was opened near Ennis in the little town of Garrett. Might’ve been late ‘90’s or later that another new drive in was opened around Amarillo. The guy who had it built was really young at the time. He really took great pride in owning it. Might’ve been his grandfather who was helping him with it. Don’t recall for sure.
