It seems like people forget about not passing school buses, proper use of turn signals, passing at intersections, rolling through stop signs, and running red lights. There may be others I may have forgot.
I think if a person is issues a moving violation, they should have one year to retake their driving test written/driving or their license get suspended. IIRC if you have a CDL, and get one, you have to retest when you renew? |
