When is the government going to forget about the oil companies and bump the mandate to 15%? With the tariffs and drop in prices, it sure seems like this would be an appropriate time. I don't see much news since this spring. Anyone heard anything? I would think that even some "talk" might help to support the bottom of this train wreck.
