Texas, the really flat part | Flynn pled guilty to lying to the FBI in exchange and in exchange for his cooperating with investigators the other charges will be dropped. It's not a minor thing. He's now a convicted felon. That's a pretty far fall for a former national security advisor. Cohen is facing other problems than the 8 felonies in his plea. Income tax fraud comes to mind. Remember too, Cohen testified under oath in his guilty plea that he committed these crimes under orders from Trump.
