Prices stay here, inputs, land values and rents adjust to make this a net zero game again. Pain for a year or 2 and back to the old grind.
I sometimes get confused why I even play in a profession where you know it is a net zero game and to make a living at it only works good if you have multiple generations of money behind you or other major income streams while you build enough wealth for the operation to be self sustaining. Some think it is noble, and sometimes I do to, and other times I think it is stupid. | |
