| So who did you guys all blame when corn went to $1.25 in the 80's? Corn contracted just a week ago with these yields still returning over $900 an acre. If that doesn't return a profit even with some pretty good rents, well not sure you should blame anyone but the guy looking back at you in the mirror. With the subsidies, pretty easy still to get $9 beans since it looks like the Dec. second half payment will probably happen. Happen to be in area with very good yields, life is good, is this is as bad as it gets, life is a cake walk. | |
