I don't think it really matters how much money you have in the bank or how much you made in the past. It is just not fun for anyone that is looking at a farm that won't cash flow or cant make money at these prices. I think sometimes it is easy for guys with land paid for to not realize how much different it is for guys that are trying to get started and have bigger land payments. I see some younger guys that are doing a great job of managing but can't cash flow because of payments and also some older guys with a lot of stuff paid for that are not doing near as good a job of managing but they are still able to cash flow because they don't have any payments. A lot of it just comes down to timing and how long you have been farming.
