sw ontario | After WW 11 many Americans /Canadians wanted made at home,union made,ect. not Japenese junk and was willing too pay extra for it......Now 99% of us want a deal ,be it Harbor Freight,Walmart ,Carharts,ect. ....Do we ever say " Deere I will pay an extra 10-30% more for a combine/tractor made with North American parts"... largest hog producer/processor gets sold to China + tech companies,ect. and then we borrow our own money back from Chinese to support our lifestyles.... No innocent parties here ,tariffs in general just give gov'ts money and cost coonsumers more....especially Ag. can't handle trade wars very good | |
