Why not....the market will react accordingly.
All I am saying is that I don't see why it is so surprising for China to encourage (via price incentives) other countries to bolster their ag sectors and develop a supply chain that isn't singular to the US. I know that sounds like a commie plot or something, but it happens all the time in business.
