Put together a state by state spreadsheet and see where everyone needs to be to raise 185 BPA national yield. If July is hot we will not be talking about anything like that regardless of soil moisture.
In the drought of 2012 most peoples irrigated were record high yields. It was hotter than heck and the pivots ran everyday, and the yields were huge
Today’s hybrids handle heat during pollination way better than they did years ago
