CBD Oil. Schimel changed his mind a week later after some coaxing and a little public uproar. Not really his fault as the CBD law was poorly written, but it's all good. There should be an attachment to the Federal Farm Bill this year that will take hemp off the Schedule I narcotic listing. That should clear up any legal hurdles/gray areas.
