Not sure about WA, but I saw something recently that many producers of high THC cannabis in Oregon are switching to low THC/high CBD "hemp" like I am raising. Makes sense as the high THC market is confined to the state it is grown in while companies selling CBD products and even hemp flower are legally shipping to all 50 states.
