Morris, Mb. | We have only dealt with insurance a couple times but not on this scale. For us, they gave us a partial payment right away to make sure we had cash to rent equipment etc. They then worked through with us to reach the final settlement. They wanted to clear the account as fast as possible, but we never felt pressured to sign in a hurry. They would call once a week to see if where we were in the process ask if we had any questions or needed any info. Always thought it would be a battle, but it wasn’t that way. We were always treated fairly. | |
