Douglass Kansas
I have seen rain like this before.
He has never seen it rain more than 3 inches in a day. I am sure that I remember these large rainfall events better than him as my brothers and dad remember them as well.
His field washes in this area even without my runoff.
He is mad about me coming 8' onto his property and taking out a tree, when I was putting in my low water crossing. ( dug a hole and later filed it with gravel, this way water will run over the drive instead of having a culvert to worry about hitting.)
Gave him the law to read and the lidar map. After reading the law he says this is not a ditch. Does say he will talk to his relative that is a surveyor about it.
