E. Kansas | I am not surprised to read that the Kansas Department of Water Resources was no help. Based on dealing with them on various matters over the years, I consider them nothing but a useless, worthless department that should have been completely abolished years ago. Based on my dealings with them and hearing from others about them, I say they have no common sense and no understanding of reality, but they think their word is law and gospel and they think they own your property. Totally worthless outfit.
