Just out of curiosity, what if anything have you done different in the past several years?  150 yrds. of concrete driveways/slabs,tear out grassed waterways on YOUR side of property line,installed sump pumps for unloading pits and surface dump them?? Just asking,there's 2 sides to every dilemma.
