E.Central MN | LP and NG have very different properties for storing it in a dense liquid form. The fuel tanks for NG have to be able to take much higher pressures because NG has to be either under very high pressure or cooled to very very cold temps in order to remain in its liquid state. In order to get the amount of range that makes it a practical fuel requires expensive tanks, not practical for a car. LP has a lot more things going for it in terms of use as a motor fuel. | |
