Been buying pork from 2 different local guys, straw, mud, dirt....raised like 30-40 years ago. Hmmmmmmmmmm. It’s tastes like I remember as a kid. We ran out of chops and the wife bought a pack of boneless chop at the store, dry, tough, and had the faint smell of manure pit each bite. Gotta get to Hudson locker and get one of my halves in thier cooler.
