NW central North Dakota | Our area didn’t get much of a payment any year but one, and they weren’t the best of years here. You are very fortunate to have had good years and a payment on top too. I too have reallocated funds to help others with less, we must not be all that different. I didn’t do it for a tax break or to have my name in the public, perhaps you neither.
However, the program must not be spot on perfect if it’s meant to assist lower revenue areas, and the majority goes to areas that has less of a deficiency than other areas. It does appear troubling.. | |
