Wooohoooo a big $1.92 an acre payment. 2015 payment was right at $3.46 an acre. A whole year after the crop is finished! So ass backwards. What a joke of a program, and the USDA is. Abolish it all. All this helps are those with base acres (IA IL), also gives non farmers ammo to bitch about the farm bill.
