Western Illinois | Well, just for reference, I am in the white part of the map in western Illinois, and we haven't had anything more than a .35 rain just last week for the first measurable rain since June 14th. It's bone dry here, and our top end yields are not even in reach anymore. If we hit 175 I'll be tickled. Another 2 weeks of dryness and I'll be happy with 160. Aph of 190-220.
Beans..... decent rain thru mid august can save them yet, but as of now W/o moisture, we'll be lucky to break 40 with 55-60 aph's.
Not implying that we are severe drought, but the weather has effected our crops in a negative way. And below average, not just lower than 2016.
