Great comparison between 2016 and 2017. As maps show, in 2016 July brought Iowa plenty of moisture with near normal to slightly above temps (perfect for growing corn!). This year is different, a bit warmer than last but a whole lot drier. No big rain chances for 7 day forecast. Still good yields in Iowa, but probably closer to APH numbers (which would be about 10-15% off of last year).
