WI | The spoiled ones don't last long. I don't like them either. I've never known a farmer who was looking for the most worthless employee he could find just so he can look intelligent. We try to find someone dependable who can think on their own. Also to bounce ideas off of. Not a" know it all " who don't listen and tear stuff up. That's my biggest problem. Maybe it's a here thing. Why is it Farmer's are not real employer's? What makes you think we live under a rock and cannot adapt to the so called real world? | |
