Well that is how they learn - get with a good guy and learn, work non stop and keep your mouth shut and ears open - don't know if there are any 20 some yr olds like that now.
Heck my 20 yr self would fire my 30 yr self - I have no problem stopping and watching a sunset for 30 mins with work left to do! It's the simple things.
Would this make you less likely to hire this person?
