Only farmers would thing that asking for every other weekend off is a big ask.
its a ranch job not farmers. We don't take off on weekends.
That attitude may work if you're in the middle of no where. Where there are factory jobs available with good benefits, that attitude will significantly narrow your applicant pool to the point you won't like what you have. The large livestock farms rotate have to rotate workers on weekends to compete in a lot of places
Would this make you less likely to hire this person?
