Lancaster, OH | I'm in a 52 year old home. It is built better than the newer ones. Moved in when it was 22 years old. You're always going to change things as time goes on just what is it going to take for now.
Since we've been here, we added on another 660 sq ft which involved re-siding the house, new air conditioner and furnace. I added a 1 1/2 car garage on to the two car we had. Had to replace the roof--shingles only, no plywood.
Remember, you are buying a home if you plan to stay there. It's a house if you are planning to flip it. | |
