| Hi Maarten, sorry about the one pound gain, but that isn't bad. I am sure you will turn that around. As for your knee, that sounds so familiar. That is how I am right now after the replacement and it bugs me something terrible as I want the darn knee to bend again. I can walk just fine, but sitting at the table with my knees bent for too long is just difficult. You have to check under the table to see if anyone's feet are in the way to be able to stretch out. Maybe go and get your knee checked out and you can get a synvisc one shot first. They usually like to try that first anyway. It might give you some relieve. Have a good week. | |
