240.6 this morning! I was happy with another down week after a large loss last week. I was surprised, had eaten a couple large meals, and only worked out once, but spent many long hours working outside with our beautiful weather. I'm almost to my goal, but I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing and see how far I get.
