| Sorry to hear your leg is bothering you.
this week I decided to check the scale friday morning and was quite happy that I saw that I had lost a couple pounds and was anxious to see what this morning would bring.
So this morning I weighed in at 234.4 which is a 2.6lb gain, so I set the scale on fire!!
Sometimes I scratch my head but I will continue on, yesterday was very nice here so we fired up the bbq and had a couple steaks and a baked potato and we did quite a bit of walking.
Then maybe a few beverages after that so all in all the week went south.
Hoping its a water gain but will see next week.
Really wanted to get back in the 220's for march as these are my toughest months, once spring comes its a little easier.
