+1. Isn't much you do that can cause problems, but, you will be the "go to" guy if problems arise int he family, well, I should say you will be the scapegoat. Find out if your parents have things spelled out really well in the will. That will cause more problems than your duties as executor.
Oh, and keep that "it's an honor" attitude as long as you can!! :)
