C IL | Is this a future responsibility, or a now responsibility?
We kids have asked our parents to write down what they want to happen, that way any (currently unexpected) conflicts end with the previous generation.
If it is a now responsibility, you have my condolences. I am sure there could be many unspoken expectations, so written communication laying out timelines and the process could be your friend? A good attorney should be able to move quickly. An unprepared attorney could drag this out for a long time. Attorneys can be fired. | |
