North End I-15 | Seems to me it was about $300 in 1974 , Kept up with the annual books till 1985 . By then all kids were through HS. On the shelf here in LR. Grandkids and now Great Grand kids look through them.
First Computer here was in 1983 . Leased a TRS Model 3 .Internet was through a phone modem and a 800 # out of San Jose, Cal. Think it was Net Com or Com Net . AOL was slow and expensive in comparison .
Cost was per minute @ .10
Farm Journal had a live chat room back in the late 80's . Was great Fun and lots of information was shared , and a bit of nonsense . :>)
Edit : My folks bought a set in the late 40s after we moved to town. Quit the updates in the early 50's Don't know what happened to them .
