with 40x60 walkout basement. 3" of Spray basement and main level
will cost $10k. Absolutely no way I would ever build anything without spray again. On a side note I plan to use a mini split a/c system. They have evaporators that can be put above the ceiling and still allow for different temps in different rooms.
Seems like the more I read; the more I see people wanting basement insulation and moisture control, for a basement, on the exterior of those concrete or block walls.
They want the concrete walls or blocks, to be kept warm, and dry and a more constant temp.
Warm = dry ////// Cold = wet {that seem to be the theme, of what I've been reading and/or some videos} Wet = mold possibilities
Maybe look into that option, for your plans on your new construction.
