SC KS | I should clarify a few things to help. I do like your guy's ideas btw thank you. However grain bins are something you don't see on farms in this area. Our soil type at my home site will be sand. In a predominantly pasture area. Plenty of farm ground around just not on this strip. Dad has 80x60 machine shed and 7 acres of lots at his house. His yard is where silage and bulk of hay is. Bulls and replacement cattle at my house so that few of head don't tie up dad's lots. Our climate for instance avg for Jan is 43°. August is 92-105°. March is 30 mph winds for 15 days. | |
