Washington Co Ks | I like the idea of having things separated. We sort of do as our house is on one side of the rod and the farmyard is on the other. We bought the lot for the house at a different time than we did the farmland on this side of the road so we have a separate deed. However there is a big problem with selling or giving away the house. Our water comes from across the road and our sewer line drains on the farm side of the line by our house. I know of few people who were able to start from scratch and not have to work around existing structures. It is fun to dream though at times. | |
