as much as a dollar difference depending upon quality.
edit add: I agree that the abiity of mills to deal with lower protein 16 HRW Wheat is there.. they can rail HRS in to blend.. or they can.. well it's certainly NOT in vogue but you could add Gluten to the process.. ( http://www.thekitchn.com/vital-wheat-gluten-what-is-it-84612 ) ??? Although a lot of people think they need to live a low gluten liife..??
Or you can buy high pro HRW Wheat. So the market will adjust.. Maybe some of these coops will start dedicating a house to higher quality wheat.. yal you may have to truck and wait a little longer.. but to producers here this year.. it probably would have been worth about $0.25 to $0.50 a bushel more.. in some cases..
