IDK.. yes we got some moisture.. yes conditions should come up.. but what does the summer bring?
2011...??? Just the idea that some meterologist are using THAT year is un nerving.. granted even if you get the same conditions.. DOES NOT mean your gonna get the same results.. but still.. "hotter than normal for 2017 is expected.."
