Most times when I selling something I try to list it for a price that I feel is right and should not deter the buyer and then tell them when they ask about price that I am not a used car (or used farm equipment) salesman and I listed the price I want. If they still shoot me a lower price then I can still decide if I want to take it or not. Sometimes I will take a bit less but most of the time I will stick to my price.
